With the launch of Level Up Automation Franchise in 2020, Jen pioneered the first national franchise system in the industry. That vision has opened doors for other women and customer-focused individuals to own a piece of this ever changing and future-forward business.
Recognized in 2022 for the inroads she’s made, she was asked to be a member of the industry’s governing body, CEDIA, and in 2023 moved into a leadership role for them as treasurer.
