Toni has long been recognized as a results-driven, visionary leader with over four decades of experience in retail operations, sales strategy, and team development. Her distinguished career includes nearly 20 years with audio industry leader Bose Corporation where she scaled and led the company’s largest U.S. retail market.  With a passion for innovation and an unwavering commitment to customer experience, Toni turned to bringing intelligent technology solutions to homes and businesses, backed by a standard of service rooted in trust, expertise, and excellence.  Today, she channels her extensive expertise into growing Level Up Automation, where she is leading the company’s expansion across key markets in Florida.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Tom was drawn to the consumer electronics industry early in his career and has remained at the forefront of emerging technology ever since. Today, he brings a proven track record in sales performance, personnel development, and project management, combined with a creative and innovative mindset to the Level Up team. Tom’s easygoing yet empowering leadership style has earned him consistent recognition and respect from colleagues and team members alike. Now, as a Co-Owner of Level
Up Automation, he applies his extensive experience and entrepreneurial spirit to delivering smart technology solutions tailored to today’s connected customers.

BRADEN SPOLIDORO

No stranger to consumer electronics or the Level Up Automation business, Braden plays a pivotal role on the Florida team, expanding client relationships and driving strategic growth. He began his career with Level Up in our Massachusetts office, bringing years of experience in product knowledge, installation, and a deep understanding of the smart technology landscape. After serving as Program Coordinator for a major non-profit, Braden returned to the industry that inspires him most—helping clients discover the power and possibility of intelligent living.

Jim is a seasoned sales professional with over 30 years of experience in retail, custom integration, and builder channels. His background spans account and retail management, team leadership, training, and business development. Known for his strong relationship-building skills, Jim focuses on identifying client needs and creating tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience. Throughout his career, Jim has been passionate about delivering value, exceeding expectations, and driving long-term success.

BRANDON JONES

With a solid foundation in electrical technology from Atlantic Technical College, Brandon has built a robust career in the consumer electronics and custom integration industry. Beginning as an apprentice electrician, he advanced to roles as a service technician, trainer, and eventually Project Manager for a custom integration firm in Fort Lauderdale. Brandon is a certified programmer for Control4, Josh.ai, URC, and Lutron, bringing extensive technical expertise to the team. Combined with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction, he ensures every project delivers a seamless and exceptional experience to clients.
